Maybe there could be an AC_HAVE_LIBRARY test after the library has been set in
the AC_CHECK_MOWITZ in acinclude.m4 ? I have never done any configure script
edition, but I have read all the docs and I have a lot of examples, and I could
try to do it, if you think it is a good idea.
