EGON will not run

I downloaded the latest SIAG Office, 3.5.0 compiled it against
Xaw3d-1.5-10 and everything works fine except for EGON.
I'm running Red Hat 7.2.

EGON goes into an infinate loop inside of the Xaw3D lib
before any windows open.
