XawM-1.6 missing laygram.h

I am trying to compile XawM-1.6 and I get:

laygram.y is there but I have no idea what to do with it. This compiled
okay on my PPC computer so it should work on x86 too right? It doesn't
have laygram.h when I just type make either.
