Problems 'make'ing pen.0.8.0

After I configure pen.0.8.0 with no problems, but when I try to 'make' it I
get an error complaining that I don't have aclocal-1.6 handy on my system.
This is the error:

make

cd . && /bin/sh /root/pen-0.8.0/missing --run aclocal-1.6
