Several options were added to penlogd:
-l logfile redirect output to a file rather than stdout
-p pidfile write process id to a file
-d turn on debugging
-f stay in foreground
-n N number of pen log entries to cache
In 0.9.0, penlogd always stayed in the foreground and logged to stdout.
Also, SIGHUP will make penlogd close and reopen the log file. SIGTERM will
make it exit.
