Secure pop3 load balancing fails

Hi,
I start pen with: /usr/local/bin/pen -h 0.0.0.0:995 192.168.0.4:995
192.168.0.7:995

But it does not work..also when I stop 1 of the 2 servers, there is no
failover.
How do I fix this so I can Load Balance secure pop3?
Above works on HTTPS with stickyness (thanks Pen! :) )
