Running pen and services on one machine

Hello,

I try to run pen and the web services on the same machine using the following command:

pen -p pen.pid -l pen.log -w penstat.log -d -d -h localhost:8100 localhost:8101 localhost:8102 localhost:8103 localhost:8104

When doing a load test on port 8100, I discovered that all request are routed to port 8102 ignoring the other ones. Why does it use only that one ?
