Ready-to-use-build available?

Hi Ulric,

I do not currently have a Linux box available to run or compile the code. I
like to try and run it from Windows and/or Mac OS X.

Would it be a lot of trouble to supply me with the compiled program and some
tips on getting it to run on Win/Mac ?
