I'm glad that the patch is working for you. I had a look at the
patch, and I believe that the problem is not with Mozilla
browsers but rather with requests that are too big to be read in
one gulp.

And I'm not entirely convinced that it works if the request is
split in inconvenient places. But it will work most of the time
and I'll include it in a future release.

Code that wants to convince me will probably need to cache the
entire request.
