penctl servers output

I am writing my own php-based replacement for penctl.cgi and noticed
there doesn't seem to be a way to get the blacklist time per-server
using penctl. I checked the source of pen.c and it is only included as
'status' in the web output format.

Here is a patch to pen.c to include status in the output of `penctl
HOST:PORT servers'
