This is my last chance to release anything before going to Brainshare, so
here is 3.1.14. Major changes:

 - Dead keys misbehave differently. ;-) They work out of the box on
   XFree86 (Linux et al) now, but require a different keymap on the Sun.

 - Much better user interface to Gnuplot. Previously nearly everything was
   guessed, now the user is allowed to modify those guesses before the
   plot is done.

 - Part of the documentation is now correct. ;-) Following a suggestion
   by Pascal Cuoq <cuoq@madiran.inria.fr>, the keybinding and menu
   listings are auto-generated.
