Pen has a flexible control interface which allows you to run any checks
you like on the backend servers and make Pen start or stop sending
requests there. There is no built-in way to measure the load on the
backend servers because there are so many ways to define load.

tests are done to check that the responses from the servers are correct.
It would be simple to make it check load as well.
