Configuration file? I'm only using the startup script and nothing else. Do
you mean I issue the following command in my shell: penctl 10.9.68.10:8889
server 0 weight 10 ?

You do that in your configuration file or using penctl. Example:

penctl 10.9.68.10:8889 server 0 weight 10
